Dear GTM Strategist,
Anze here with another hands-on episode.
In the 2026 State of B2B GTM Report we ran with Kyle Poyar, LinkedIn posting by founders and employees showed up as a stand-alone GTM channel. Half of the 300 GTM professionals called it one of their core activities. For companies under $1M ARR, it is the No. 1 bet for 2027.
Doing LinkedIn well is not easy. You need to show up several times a week with something people actually stop for, while you also run a company. Plus, a good designer can cost you hundreds of dollars per graphic.
You have probably seen dense, animated infographics where a whole process assembles itself in front of you. A few of them stopped my scroll, and some of the best were from Tim Scheuer, co-founder of OXYGEN, who builds them in Claude Code. No designer, no agency. He built the whole design system himself, then open-sourced it.
Here are some examples:

Tim started posting out of pain. He launched his first SaaS and had trouble getting pipeline. He had no distribution. Six months ago, his account was small. In the last 28 days, his content brought in 805,561 impressions, up 188% on the 28 days before. That one infographic above passed 162,000 impressions on its own. He also added 5,000+ followers in the month before we recorded, and around 85% of his company’s signups now come from LinkedIn.
He shared his screen for 40 minutes, prompted a new graphic live and walked us through the repo behind it.
What you’ll learn:
Why some B2B infographics get saved and reposted while others get scrolled past
How to structure a Claude Code repo for your personal brand
How the animation gets made, with no design tool involved
Where Claude stops and other tools take over for video
How to turn engagement into pipeline
Enjoy the episode!

Which GTM work should agents own, and which should stay with people?
On October 28 at 11am EDT / 8am PDT, HubSpot for Startups and Dust run Build, Buy, or Hire? How Startups Are Building GTM Machines in 2026.
It’s a live build, not a panel. You’ll leave with a framework for where a human stays in the loop, a post-call automation that updates your CRM, and a Slack view of account ownership.
TL;DR:
→ Psychology before tactics. People come to LinkedIn to learn, but they still want to be entertained, and they want to feel smart. A visual hook buys you the first two seconds. Tim’s lead-cleaning GIF shows water being filtered, which is oddly satisfying to watch and tells you what the process does before you read a word.
→ Design for saves and reposts. The algorithm currently over-indexes on saves, so a step-by-step breakdown with a “save this” call to action works well. Nobody implements a process while scrolling. Reposts come from a different motive. One of his posts got 27 reposts, because sharing a sophisticated graphic makes you look smart in front of your network.
→ In B2B, look complex and read simple. Tim’s working theory is that B2C rewards the simplest possible visual and B2B is the inverse. Dense on the outside signals value. Each step inside should still be dead simple. Watch the line where dense turns illegible.
→ Copy first, animation last. Start with something true from your own experience, then build the static graphic, and only then animate it.
→ The repo does the heavy lifting. Claude file with the brand rules. A detailed profile of who he is, his results and hundreds of past posts for voice. A brand folder with fonts, icons, tokens, and coded components. An ideal-follower file that covers psychographics, not only firmographics. Then the skills on top. It took him about nine months and four iterations, and it is why his deliberately sloppy live prompt still came out on brand. You can copy the structure. You still have to spend some time talking to Claude about who you are.
→ The animation is just code. HTML for structure, CSS for the brand, JavaScript for motion, rendered to GIF. Claude installs and runs all the tools it needs. The skill makes Claude review and improve its own output in a loop, with Tim as the final reviewer. He usually needs two or three rounds.
→ Content is half the system. Tim batches five posts on a Sunday and turns one YouTube idea into LinkedIn posts, X posts and a newsletter, with a skill for each step. Then he pulls his post engagers, qualifies them against his ICP and starts a conversation (no pitch-slapping).
Thanks to Tim for opening up his whole setup.

Our hand-picked selection of the latest news, data you shouldn’t miss, and job posts.
Our report with Kyle Poyar, The 2026 State of B2B GTM, came out. We surveyed 300 B2B software and AI companies. 43% said AI had a big impact on their GTM, up from 24% in 2025. Network and intros were still the top channel, with 62% calling them core to growth. For 2027, AI search (50%) and signal-based outbound (48%) topped the lists of planned investments.
Integrate acquired CaliberMind. The 10 Oct deal combined Integrate’s demand orchestration with CaliberMind’s revenue analytics. The price wasn’t disclosed. It is a bet that B2B marketing would be sold as one closed loop, from demand capture to proof of revenue.
Dapta raised a $6M seed for AI sales agents for non-English businesses. Chingona Ventures led the round on 13 Oct. Dapta’s agents answer leads by phone, text, or WhatsApp in English or Spanish, then qualify them and book meetings. It grew by teaching AI in Spanish and offering a free product, which shows PLG working in an underserved language market.
