The distinction I'd sharpen is reach versus demand. In fragmented EU markets it's easy to mistake impressions in a big country for demand in the country you actually sell in, so an "on-fire" post can fill the funnel with the wrong geography. I'd take five ICP conversations in one target market over a viral week every time, and I'd measure the channel that way.

Maja, this framing is useful because it makes LinkedIn feel operational instead of performative.

Mode 1, Mode 2 and Mode 3 are probably the most underused combo for B2B teams: a strong profile, clear ICP, disciplined network growth, value commenting, and signal-based outbound before trying to become a full media machine. Too many teams jump straight into posting without working through the fundamentals first: strategy, audience quality, positioning, and a plan that actually supports pipeline goals.
