EGC is a huge lever for growth.
Lem list is a very good example of that, with a massive reach through several employees with 20k+ followers and strong personal brands.
If your target audience is on LinkedIn, this tactic is >>>> ads.
But it requires an appropriate culture around it, and can not be a mandatory thing, aimed solely at company promotion.
Hey, yeah RefineLabs, Lemlist, Clay and RB2B are all excellent examples of EGC - it works. I am not that big on LinkedIn ads. We do a lot of though leaderships ads with my team for brands. What are your LinkedIn ads bets?
