Love the breakdown. Might be silly but what's the nuance between a workflow and an agent? Some of the agents above seem like very powerful workflows but I'm sure I'm missing something obvious 😅
Generally, a workflow is a pre determined set of steps that are defined. Each step can trigger AI but AI does not trigger steps in the workflow.
Where as Agents are autonomous and decide when and what to do in its process. So an Agentic pipeline has more chance of different steps because an Agent is probabilistic and might do things differently each time.
Sibi this is a great question! If you can spare 1h to literally learn everything there is about AI types, workflow and agents, my friend Aakash Gupta did an excellent podcast with Shukla, HelloPM Founder - the best overview of AI I've found so far https://www.news.aakashg.com/p/ankit-shukla-podcast - if you do not have time to dive in - workflow = a fixed set of steps you define, it follows instructions- this automations. An agent = goal-driven, adapts on the fly, and figures out how to get things done- aka makes actions and decisions if you let it go there :)))
Superb and brought provoking piece. I believe GTM isn’t a funnel anymore — it’s a graph. Multi-agent systems aren’t just assistants, they’re the connective tissue between signals, systems, and strategy. Love this vision of GTM 3.0 — it aligns perfectly with how we’re thinking about identity-led, AI-augmented B2B and what I’ve been focusing my writing on
so glad you liked it! And I think you are right. Combining 1st, 2nd ,and 3rd party signal + orchestrating GTM motions based on what we get there, is literally redefining how we do the work - we have recently published this one https://knowledge.gtmstrategist.com/p/the-gtm-outreach-playbook-from-triggers-to-demos with predict list - you can get some lists of triggers there, but I think we have to revisit the subject - it is so important
That is amazing - discover many many more agents here - I did four yesterday with Relay app coz I was bored :)) takes like 15min to set it up - totally no code- highly recommend it https://www.relay.app/ (easier than make and n8n if you ask me)
Thank you for having me Maja! You did an amazing job as always on our convo, love working with you.
You are amazing - I would have you on every week :)
Wait, I do, I listen to your podcast :)

Could not have said it better if I tried
great answer

I found the competitor monitoring agent integration useful, thanks for sharing

N8N was a pain, will check it out
This is fantastic!
